Returns & Exchanges

A.P.C. allows you to return items purchased on the official website within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Access your order history through your A.P.C. account or the guest portal to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location and retain your drop-off receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
